Raw or steamed cauliflower (Brassica oleracea Botrytis) is a great choice if you wish to regulate your blood pressure, reduce cholesterol and inflammation levels, reverse blood vessel calcification, pack up on antioxidants and prevent osteoporosis and bone fractures later on in life.
